I know being active is difficult when we are carrying around a lot of extra weight. I just had to make myself be active, back then. Here's wishing you luck in getting active, too! <br /><br />Housework and workout videos are good ideas! At least a 20 minute walk after dinner every evening is our ritual in my house. I am starting to wonder if my activity levels are the problem. I can't give up however, I am going to try to rev up my metabolism with housework or workout videos, I think that is what I need.
