I have hit another weight-loss plateau. I did not cheat at all yesterday. I walked 1 and 1/3 miles. Yet, I only lost .2 pounds. Oh well. I know from months of experience now that if I just plug away at it the plateau will pass!
Here is what I ate yesterday:
1 cup Special K, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup soy milk
1 cup ham cubes, 1 cup cold steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Salmon patty, 2 cups steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
