I lost 1.4 pounds yesterday! We walked the dogs two miles in the ice and snow. I subbed, which means I walked extra at school. Here is what I ate:
Small bowl of Special K, blueberries and vanilla soy milk
raw carrot sticks and 2 tablespoons Parmesan spinach dip
Leftover baked chicken, onion and carrots
The hot dog I ate at the snow cookout the other night made me feel bloated with gas all the next day. I guess hot dogs are off my menu.
